Never imagined as a child and lived in the village, where there was no electricity or running water, where he had never seen a man in the kitchen, which could become a cook by vocation and profession.
I remember the long hours sitting next to my mother, Halima, watching mixed and cooked food for the family holiday, with flavors and smells so special to me.
At 18 I decided I would dedicate this putting into practice what he had seen in those years in the kitchen at home. Thus began an adventure in which I traveled to Europe to learn cooking with great chefs and that has lasted until today.
